Homey, clean hotel, every detail here was modern. The staff was outstandingly accommodating, they blew my mind. The breakfasts were marvellous and gorgeous with bacon, good quality sausages plus cooked by Andrea. The service here was fantastic. Besides, my parking was nearby.

Everything met requests and I had a such great stay for a birthday weekend. A coffee/tea maker and a multi-channel TV inside the double room where handy. The breakfast was the best and fantastic overall.

The best and lovely breakfast with a good choice of options, ideal and fairly clean place. Exceptionally comfortable bed in the twin room, plus tea and coffee making equipment, and multi-channel TV. Paid £ 45. The staff - lovely and pleasant. Excellent location in the nice area, close enough to the trams were, and the nearest bus / tram stop. 10 minutes' walk to Gynn Square.

Thank you everyone for a really great stay for a birthday weekend. Our double room was neat and new-fashioned with exceptionally comfortable beds.
The hotel was gorgeous and perfect, and the staff were welcoming, enjoyed the perfect location next to a tram to all the amenities, and Blackpool town centre. The free parking was nearby, exceptional service. Got ironing free of charge, not bad too.

It has marvellous location, so close to trams and buses, nice resturants and beach and promenade. The place to have lunch at a short distance from the hotel is Gilbert's Restaurant.
